Hard anodizing
Generates a thick and hard film! Widely used in sliding parts!
"Hard anodizing" is a coating characterized by its hardness compared to sulfuric anodizing and oxalic anodizing. It is processed in a low-temperature electrolytic bath to produce a thick and hard coating. It is widely used in sliding parts of mechanical components. With a hardness of 400 to 450 Hv and good wear resistance, the coating thickness generation speed is 32 to 80 μm in 40 minutes, and the film thickness is 30 to 60 μm. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Processing Overview: Processed in a low-temperature electrolytic bath to produce a thick and hard coating. ■ Main Purpose and Characteristics: - Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation - Film thickness: 30 to 60 μm - Color: Gray to brown ■ Economic Efficiency: High electricity costs, high utility costs ■ Transparency: The coating varies depending on the material but generally turns black. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
